Dear Solomon Family--
Tomorrow (Thursday, August 26) is our Supply Drop-off at Solomon, between 2:45-3:45pm. As noted in the previous newsletter, we have moved the event outside to create the safest environment for the many students and parents that will stopping by the campus tomorrow. We look forward to the day when we can have a whole-school celebration inside of our building; until then, we will continue to utilize our outside space when we can.

so that you know where your child's homeroom teacher will be set up. When dropping off any school supplies, please have them in a bag that is clearly labeled with your child's name and grade level. Our staff is excited to begin getting to know you and your child.
As far as health protocols outside, masks are not required, as long as 3 feet of social distance is maintained. Completing a health screener will not be necessary as long as you are not entering the building.
If the weather decides to not cooperate and it is raining during the event, you are welcome to bring your items to Door #1, where staff will make sure that it gets to the right classroom. Fingers crossed for a warm and dry afternoon!
Last, and unrelated, I have created a detailed letter
that describes our daily entry and exit procedures, including the process for early dismissals and ill students. Please review this document carefully before the first day of school.
