Dear Solomon Family--

I want to remind everyone that tomorrow is a day of non-attendance for students due to parent-teacher conferences. Regarding tomorrow:

  • We are providing virtual conferences between 11:00-2:15 and 3:00-4:00, and then in-person conferences from 4:00-6:00. Staff lunch is from 2:15-3:00, and staff will be unavailable at that time. Teachers have shared all of the sign-up information.
  • If there is a staff member that you would like to request a conference with, please use this document to find their email and schedule with them directly.
  • Students are not permitted for in-person conferences, and only 1 or 2 parents are permitted. due to district COVID protocols.
  • Report cards and other handouts will be distributed directly by the main office this year. For in-person conferences, please stop at the main office 5-10 minutes before your scheduled in-person appointment to pick up those items and sign required paperwork. For virtual conferences, parents may come by between 4:00-6:00 tomorrow or any subsequent day between 9:00-4:00 to pick up that paperwork. Items will not be mailed home.
  • We will also host our book fair in the lobby from 4-6pm, and parents are welcome to visit. We will also be distributing donations (books, school supplies) at Door #1 between 4-6pm.
  • When you are in the building, please visit our Solomon Student Family Tree and Celebration boards in the main hallway. If you have a family picture with your child that you can share with us, we'd love to add it to our family tree. If something happened in your family that you would like to celebrate, please complete a note located next to the board so that we celebrate with you!
