Dear Solomon Families--
We are hosting our annual Picture Day with Lifetouch on Monday, March 1. All in-person learners that day will be able to have their pictures taken. If your child is a remote learner on that day, then we are asking to you to sign up for preferred times between 9:30-3:30.
Remote learners on Monday, March 1, would include:
- All 6th-7th grade students (non-cluster)
- All K-5th grade students in Pod B
- All K-5th, cluster, and Pre-K students that have selected remote learning
8th graders are having their graduation pictures taken that day, and those students and their families will receive a separate email from me today about the procedures.
If you are a remote learner on March 1, please complete this survey to identify your preferred times. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes, and you will receive confirmation from the main office via phone or email. Please sign up for the time slot that works best for your child, and please complete one survey for each child. Pictures can be taken at any time between 9:30-3:30, and we will only be able to accommodate students that have signed up in advance. There are only 3 slots available for each 10 minute block.
Students should arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their scheduled time. When they arrive at Door 1 (Hamlin and Granville), students will wait in line, socially distanced and wearing their mask, before they are called into the lobby one-by-one in order to minimize contact.
Be on the lookout in your email for announcements from Lifetouch on how you can order this year's photos.
Take care, and stay safe,
Hannah G. Solomon Elementary School
